How bad do you want it ?

Thanks for posting that, I found it to be pretty inspiring. It's really easy to think you want something but then not put in the hard work. Slacking off when I should be doing something like studying or working out is something I've struggled with all my life and things like this give me bursts of energy and make me want to work harder.

Granted, that may not be too good for your Body over long Periods of Time, but still.
