Hi everyone,

Only just joined even though I've lurked in the past.
Became more active again as I joined a kickboxing club last year after 7 year break. Before that I had been in classes for 19 years.

Striking based now, but I spent 9 years in Judo, and delved in wrestling and MMA whilst training in kungfu.
