good video

This video shows an interview with Lt. Col. Dave Grossman who is talking about preventing and dealing with school shootings. I don't agree with a lot of what he says in general (some of his books, articles, etc.), but this particular video is really good. No matter what you say about him, he's definately a compelling speaker.
