Yeah, see, I thought that title would get your attention.
I'm a skinny guy, despite growing up eating fast food, pizza, and what not. But over the last few years (especially after having the 'cholesterol talk' with my doctor), I've been more concious of what I eat.
Oh, I still induldge in french fries and california rolls... but now I'm on the hunt for foods that fit two fairly simple criteria:
1) Easy to make/prepare
2) Healthy (in the sense that they either are good for you, or have been used to augment a training diet/regimen).
So... to assist with my hunt... I wonder if I can ask for you to post your favorite recipes- snacks, drinks, actual meals, desserts, what have you- that fit the criteria above. Post them here, please!
