We just had Luke Molitor out for 3 days of training and excitement and it was a great time. People tend to think of Luke as just a sword guy, but I can tell you he's not.
We did several hours of informal training on Friday night into the wee hours of the morning, and official training for 5 hours on Sat and Sun. Luke covered aspects of Taijutsu striking, Applications of Gansake Nage, ground fighting, bo work, some Kukishinden Kata, and more. And yes... he did show us a little sword work.
It was a long couple days. I'm defiantly sore, but I think I learned quite a bit.
