That is the same site as http://www.karateconnection.com/

Since you are using a framed redirect, wouldn't it be better if it redirected to where the tribute section is (http://www.kenpohomestudycourse.com/kenpo/eptribute.htm)? Instead of the home page of karateconnection. Just a thought.
