David Chin - Internal Martial Arts

Hello,

Has anyone heard of David Chin of Guang Ping Internal Martial Arts (Tai Chi and Hsing I)? I've heard some really good things and would like to know if anyone trains with him or has heard of him. Or if anyone has gone against any of his students in push hands in a tournament.
