What are your opinions on whether or not the Crime bill will sunset?

There is no question as to whether it will sunset, as to whether they will try to enact a new one you can guarentee that as well. I have seen one bill that might be proposed that is so restrictive it makes the old one look lenient (as regards the weapons restrictions). However, there is going to be a lot of opposition to passing a new one from all the 2nd ammendment groups and due to the fact that there is no documented evidence that the old one worked, coupled with the fact that we now have a republican majority in both houses I hope it will just die quietly. We'll just have to keep our fingers crossed.
