Take a real close look at the picture in question, I just did.

I do not think he is putting the sign up, those ARE Beijing police (or at least the guy in th background is) and I beleive he is taking the sign down. So whether or not it is translated correctly the guy that put it up is already in a bit of trouble.

Yeah, I kinda figured that out when I first saw it... I was trying to be tongue in cheek a bit with what's obviously a serious thing to the Beijing Police dept. :lol:
