Best kung fu in the Southwest or around there

Hey all, I'm in the Midwest and I posted not too long ago about looking for a group or some classes around here.

I have a background in JKD and smattering of other methods.

Haven't exactly found anything yet, so I'm thinking to explore some areas west of here, maybe New Mexico or Arizona, wondering if anyone knows of and can recommend a good instructor or a group that teaches practical, Chinese based martial arts.
