Does anyone know of a source for bamboo for cutting?

We just buy tatami mats from the dollar store.
With cutting bamboo, it has to be fresh, not dried. A little hard to get in NA.

I'd recommend the mats. As I recall, you only recently started HDGD. Do they have you doing cutting with a sharp sword already?
