I feel very tired and all my uper muscles are fatigued because last class only one of my students show up and we did a good review of the basics. So I really focused in do in a very hard and agresive way the basic blocks, trying to be the strongest and fastest, using the hips and the centrifugal and centripetal forces to generate more power on the blocks.
I did not realice how good was the workout till yestarday morning, in fact tuesday night I felt so tired I could not sleep very well, I felt like my body weithed a ton, and the morning afther and even today I feel like I did a very intense weight lifthing training.
Good strong blocks can generate a lot of force.
