There is an organization that gives out three ranks, a Green Belt and a Brown Belt and a Black Belt for their six sigma and problem resolution techniques.

I was at work and heard that this guy had gotten his black belt, so I went over to congratulate him. I saw the certificate on his desk for the class(es) he had taken. I just smiled and said congrats and walked away.
