A Few Questions

If abortion is about women having control of their bodies, why is prostitution a bad thing? If women should be in control of their bodies, why can't I? Why is it wrong for me to sell a kidney, or a piece of liver, or, anything?
An abortion won't save anyone's life, aside from the mother's in rare and extreme circumstances. My kidney, or a chunk of liver might. Why should I not be allowed to profit from that? What harm does it do to society?

I don't think prostitution should be illegal. Putting a price tag on your organs, however, isn't the great idea you think it is. It's a short trip from you making money on your kidney to someone else coercing you into giving up your kidney in lieu of cash payment of a debt. Or just taking your kidney and leaving you in a bathtub full of ice.
