I watched it when it was first aired, but am now watching the HD version. Phenomenal footage, and a very good tribute to all who served in WW2.

I did Bob. It was very good. There was a very good program on the History Channel called Third Reich, The Rise. Crazy stuff.

Just finished watching the first episode ... my word! Some of the footage is chilling and I am not above admitting that hearing and seeing some of the events covered brought tears to my eyes. Sometimes of pride at valour and others of horrified sorrow at what was done to the helpless.
