Although not the first to introduce a martial arts genre into their music, they are probably the most well known to have done this. Their influence, no doubt, recaptured that interest and love of the old Kung Fu movies. Excellent video! Love how Wu Tang Clan embraced the mystical side of Chinese martial arts. I've witnessed multiple Shaolin and Wudang monks pressing dull spears into their midsection and neck, but they never came across as particularly spiritually advanced. You would need a high level of understanding and development of energy to perform this with internal chi. Definitely possible though.
