Other than the use of the dummy , what's it got to do with Wing Chun ?

Looks like someone just being creative in the use of the jong.

One thing my Sifu let us in on was to do the dummy form using the Wing Chun Butterfly Swords. Interesting concept, gives a whole new meaning to using the blades. I actually do it pretty often now. And also all the other forms (except pole) using the Butterfly Swords.
