I ran into an old training partner I hadn't seen in over 15 years. Back in the 80's we used to train together in a different WC organization than the one I belong too now. Anyway, after catching up a bit, I asked him if he ever felt like starting up again. He answered that he had very limited free time these days and would rather spend it at the gym getting fit. He felt that WC by itself did not give you a well rounded fitness program. In fact, he felt that often the training is almost "anti-muscle". Any thoughts?
