Windows Media Player Question

Right now, I am listening to a radion station from Sweden on my Windows Media Player. How can I save what I am hearing into an mp3 or wma file so I can listen to it later or load it into my portable mp3 player?

I have a utility I used before that basically captured the audio output to an mp3 format, but I don't recall it's name. Plus it also capture Windows beeps and stuff, so it wasn't great.
