Is the Free Laptop worth it?

It is a Dell Latitude CPi with a nice little Pentium II sticker, running Windows 2000, MS Office is on there already. What are the odds I could walk into a store and buy a wireless pcmcia card that would work? Would I be better off getting a USB based NIC? I just want to be able to link it in to my little bitty home LAN

Thank god there is still loads of pcmcia hardware available and it's good affortable these days.

Win2k is a very good os as well so you should have no issues getting it working , it's won't be speedy but it will work !
