What about Power Rangers???

I'm all for not really putting kids down and I like being inclusive but it is going a little too far. In the school board I grew up in they put in a rule a couple years ago that says you can't make kids fail a grade. They get pushed ahead even if they're not ready and can't do the material for the previous one.

Then there's also sports stuff. This past summer I went to visit my niece and nephew at my brother's place. My nephew came up and showed me a soccer trophy that he got. He was beeming. I looked at it and realized it's was one of those "Everyone gets a trophy for participating" trophies. Then talking to my brother later I found out that he hadn't even gone to the tournament because he'd been sick. So he get a nice trophy for not even being there.

Personally I think it's getting out of hand.

Anyone want to think what society would become 10 years from now?

Without competition to make choices, the ability to know right from wrong or good vs evil, to have no accountability for actions (or lack of action), what would the people be like?
