Web Program

Does anybody out there have a good WYSIWYG Vista compatible Web Site Building Program (preferably with templates etc) they would care to share with me?

I am looking for a good web program to re-build our site.

http://nvu.com/ <- it's free, does templates and is a decent program. Unfortunately it is not the most stable program, I think it was rushed to a 1.0 release. Just save often and its decent though.
