I have been trying for a long time now to search for this particular video/DVD without any sucsess.
If there are anybody who knows how I can get a copy or if it even exists, I would be most greatfull.
I have practiced mainly competition TKD for the last 20 years and now train the Norwegian junior national team.
I also practice MMA which I have found that Taekwondo is a really good base to have if supplly it with, bjj, wrestling and muay thai.
