And I say this happens 99% of the time, because we tend to relax. We relax, the terrorists strike, we beef up the appearance of security, thus costing us lots of $$. Then we relax again. Repeat process over and over and over. Couple all that, with the fact that alot of the security theater that we have in place sucks, and its a never ending cycle of BS.
