hello

I 've been trained to kickboxing a little bit. Had some classes of wing chan kung fun in the past which i consider much more advanced even though not so effective. Anyhow, every training program has the warming up procedure. I use this mix for training 80 minutes. If anyone has a good mix for training please post below. Thank you.

There's no easy way out from Rocky 4.

Hero by Hanz Zimmer.

Danger zone remix by Johnathan young.

One step closer by linkin park.

Ikari warriors (arranged version) by SNK

Eye of the tiger remix by frog leap studios.

I've got the power by Snap.

Bloodsport, I forgot who performs the song but it's from the movie blood sport.

you need a dj to play all this in a row while you train. WHAT ABOUT A READY MIX !?!?!?!?

What, you don't have DJs at your gym? You don't have a DJ at home?

I personally have a DJ following me around playing appropriate music for every situation. When I'm working out, my DJ plays a mix of Metallica, Slayer, Anthrax, Motörhead, and a few other thrown in there.

It's called a playlist. On an iPod, phone, etc.

That same almost constant percussion beat gets old quickly.
