Training Dummy Arms

hi. just wanting to know if anyone knew about training dummy arms that can turn in different directions and angles and keep rigid. just something simple but it has to turn in different angles. thanks

Arms that move - yes there are Mook Jongs with spring arms. Was thinking of getting a wall mounted one in the near future.
