OK... Actually, this is a more reasonable case than it seems on its face. A dentist fired a female assistant because he was attracted to her, and it was causing concern for his wife about their marriage. The assistant sued on grounds of gender discrimination -- and it wasn't a discriminatory action. It was based on the dentist's feelings, not based on the employee's gender. There are apparently court cases that support it.

Now... I think she may have a wrongful termination suit -- but that doesn't make it discrimination.
