Nice evening yesterday at dojang, I taught mom's class so we got into taeguk 7, it was nice to tech some mom's, just to finish I took a beginer and did some TKD basics. TKD is a family MA no doubt, sadly there are no dads training, it will be nice teach some dad's like myself.

A little sweat, some exercise and a relax but nice TKD class.
