Well the drill you mentioned, I believe you said something about doing a technique ten times as quickly and explosively as you can and then resting a bit and then doing another ten fast and explosive reps and then rest and so forth. So I started doing that where I will do a total of ten sets of ten reps each where I do them fast and explosively resting in between sets and so I will do all in all a total of 100 reps of the technique. Later on I will add in combinations. I believe you talked about doing drills like that sometime back.
