I'm not exactly sure, but I do know that Master Seiberlich is about as high up in the Fed as you can get without being the KJN.

As I have already stated Master Nelson made a couple changes to the original Tanto Hyung to make the form flow a little better. The form that we do is Master Nelson's version. I don't remember the original version but i believe that the 3 kick combination is different and one other movement was changed from the original. And yes my understanding is that this form will be going into the federation.
