Anyone know this guy or who trained him?

Is it Chris Chan?

Yep...did some digging. It appears this guy (greg yau) learned from chris chan. Not sure if that is YM lineage or not(?).

That is definitely Ip Man dummy form with some extra motions added in.

Yeah, that's what I was thinking too. It looks a little loosy goosy and sloppy at times. Though, that may be the way he practices(?).

Not sure what was up with the same kick being done 4 times to the bottom of the leg...kinda weird.

Hard to find info. What I found said he learnt from Chris and Stanley Chan ( Chris chan has a brother? )

Greg yau from everything wing chun " Born in Hong Kong and raised in San Francisco Grandmaster (GM) Greg Yau currently resides in both cities. He began studying the Ip Man Wing Chun system in 1972 from his two uncles, Chris and Stanley Chan, both students of the Great Grandmaster Ip Man. GM Yau was given permission to teach after only one year of training with his uncles... "

Iv always thought Chris Chan was bs in his story about learning from Ip man and been a friend of Bruce Lee. Theres an anecdote somewhere from one of Bruce Lees students saying Bruce lee visited chris chan and slapped him around and told him never to use wing chuns name again...

This looks like Ip mans form done really weird.

Everyone is a "Grand Master" nowadays!

Yeah the framework is there but it looks very embellished
And he seems to be in a rush to get through it. Moves the arms around a lot but no real connection to the rest of the body or to the dummy's body. Lack of using the hip and body as a unit among some other things

Maybe you should go see Chris and tell him he didn't train his nephew right. I'm sure it will work out for you perfectly.

There seems to be a similar flavor or embellishing of his Chum Kiu as well:
