Apparently I have De Quervain's Tendonitis
An old coach of mine would have said "what if you were on the street right now, would you get a pass?" Train what you can, modify as needed, don't further injure yourself, and accept it as a limitation (hopefully temporary). I forget where I read it, but studies shown training one limb will have positive effect on the other limb, even if the other limb isn't trained at all (of course to a lesser extent).Sill working on Sil Lum Tao, but I have a problem...... Doing Sil lum tao with one of these on your right hand....make it difficult
