And the developments continue! One thing I love about any form of art: you are never done improving. Then again, I guess that's also got to do with your mentality as well. I'm sure there are some people out there who reach a level where they think they're the best...and then they stagnate.
Sifu said my yiu ma is getting better, but he had a couple other pointers. In the past I never used to "sink" my lan sao energy right. Well, now apparently I sink TOO much! Also, there were two other areas I could improve: release of energy (I'm doing okay, but it is too hit or miss) and timing during the stepping sections.
Can't wait to go to class and come away with some good homework!
