Why bother posting it again Im sure word will get out as more people read it. Not much goes on that someone in the kenpo area dose not read.

Oh ya , Ive been cut, stabbed, and hit verry hard while practiceing but I knew I would survive . In the street it is diffrent I survived there by hurting what was attacking me (once or twice :uhyeah: )
The Street has no RULES except survive

It took me three years of Judo before I could throw with anything reliably apart from a suplex.

What is so hard about a suplex? It uses two basic actions - drop your hips under your opponent (from behind) and bridge. The hold is simple - arms around the waist. Mind you, horses for courses. Not everyone would find a suplex the easiest throw to perform.
