Spear Book or DVD

I currently train in Aikido and have trained with the jo (Japanese short staff) but I've always been interested in learning the Chinese spear.

Can anyone recommend a good book or DVD that teaches fighting with the spear?

I know that learning from a DVD or book is less than ideal, but it's hard to find the Chinese martial arts in my area.

Where are you at in NJ? There's actually a lot of good CMA up that way.
