I have experienced this sort of taste 'variation' myself, so I am not surprised to find out that even those who assess wine for a living find that their palette will like something one day and not like it another. Similarly I have had expensive wines that tasted vile and cheap ones that pleasured the tongue greatly ... there's a joke there about the same principle applying to some women I have known but I had best steer clear of that ... :angel:.
