I hope that all of our MT members in that state are safe. :)

That picture says it all...No one was going anywhere..The rapid transit trains were I to 2 hrs late IF they arrived at all, buses were spining out and getting stuck...Took me an hour and 1/2 to drive home , normally a 25 min ride...

ICK! I hate snow! I feel sorry for them but on the other hand better them then me!:boing2:

Well, afterall, it is your fault Lisa! :)

No they kept going...

Drac it must have been terrible but like Lisa says it is her fault you know.

Wow!! You'd figure they'd limit the amount of people/traffic on the roads, to avoid total gridlock. And of course, once this stuff begins to melt, the issue of flooding comes into play.

We got hammered on Friday and Saturday, but by mid day Sunday, the main roads were mostly wet. My street is still pretty bad...but passable. We actually drove about an hour south yesterday and had no problems at all.

But all day Saturday, we were in a "level 2 snow emergency." In some areas they were threatening to arrest people for driving - no clue if that actually happened, but wow.

It took me 3 hours to shovel a path from my door to mailbox and behind the car to get it out of the driveway.....

WNY got the edge of it. About 12-15" I'd estimate. Roads are still crap today. The last few days shoveling has made me start looking for my old spanish books and eye Mexico as a new home. LOL. No snow there! (just killer bees)

Y'all stay warm!

Whoa -- I thought the few inches of snow that Lisa caused to happen here in Louisville was bad.

But in comparison to the snow storm that she caused here, this is SMALL TROUBLE!!!

Wow! We received nothing here in the middle of Michigan. It must be great to live in Ohio!
