There are some very good Systema instructors in that area, my friend Jonathan Han at SYSTEMA - DC SYSTEMA is one that I can recommend without any hesitation. One of my favorite Systema instructors.
Another gentleman that I have trained with and that I can recommend is Thong Nguyen.
He no longer teaches Systema instead focusing on his own path. He is a very skilled instructor and great communicator. He may have a waiting list and I am not positive that he is taking on new students.
