GRREEAT.... so now while watching for needles and broken crack pipes when walking on the beach, I'll have to keep from slipping on oil balls and getting a Needle and crack pipe stuck in my .....

Seriously... I am amazed that 80+ days into this **** and they cant do **** about it. WTF.

They've been busy. There's an election in November, hello. That's important, getting reelected. Once they do that, they'll pass a bill taxing gas at $12 a gallon to pay for the clean up.
