Rejoining Teakwondo

I, gratefully, admit there was nothing dishonorable about my departure and I plan to speak with him first on Monday, I would imagine.

The strange thing is this, and it merits a closer look: I felt perfectly justified and rationalized my decision to go somewhere else, not complete what I had started, simply to avoid a small degree of embarrassment and typical 'Hey! He's back. Let's pound him a bit.' mindset.

Going back to train is what you want than do it, feeling that people will not accept you as once only time will tell. In the end it is up to you to fill the void in your life and training will always fill that void for most.. God bless and good luck.

I quit for 25 years. Tried several times to restart, but had other commitments. I finally restarted about 2 years ago and it is absolutely great! Don't give it up, you'll only regret it later. And remember, pain only last for a period of time!!!

Congrats TCA! That takes a great deal of desire to return after such a lay-off.
