Ratings?

On my profile it says "messages 1,894." I know what that means

Underneath that, it says "Ratings: 372/5."

That one has me puzzled.

It's how many positive and negative ratings people have given you. Things like "Like" and "Agree" give you a positive rating. "Disagree" gives a negative one.
