Quick update - if you are interested :)

Hiya, I'ts been a while since I've been here and I've been told that a few people have asked about me, well here I am making an appearance and I hope this isn't a one off.
Since I left I have graded a few times and am now a 2nd kup, this means that I have a long break before my next exam which is a black tag, or provisional black belt so I've come a long way.
I've won a few medals in comps and as I can't remember what I've already told you guys about i'll list them all here,
2 bronze in tournament sparring
2 silver in patterns comps (the gold in one went to my best mate so it was no defeat for me - it felt like a team gold and silver to us both)
2 gold in patterns comps including my last comp.

I am now assisting in kids classes and still regularly get pulled out in class to help demo something to the others even though I'm not highest rank.
I do my instructors course in October and my PBB in December then the BB grading will be next year sometime.

I miss many of you and miss posting here, and I'm sorry I get dragged away just after being made a mentor but I got made redundant and lost a lot of free time. I'm on holiday at the moment so have a little time but I will make an effort to come back before this time next year.
