Questions about the International Chinese Boxing Association

Is anyone familiar with this organization? The website (http://www.wwicba.com) is nothing but a 'coming soon' message, and while I can find references to it here and there, I'm having trouble finding any concrete information about it.

It looks like there's a site up now, but there's very little content yet. Are there any ICBA members around? Anybody who has heard of them?
