Posting Pics?

Ok...I may be an idiot, but I'm not a complete moron. The following instructions were given for creating a photo album in the gallery...

Here are some quick walk throughs to get you started:


To create your Image Gallery:

Click on "Photo Gallery" (This will take you to the gallery)
Click on the "Create / Order my Albums" button
Click on "New"

Step two (in red) is not available anywhere on the page, at least that I can see. Many people have photo albums posted. Can anybody help me out? I swear I'm really not this stupid!
