Pinan Nidan Kata - Move by Move

Way back when we still belonged to the Moo Duk Kwan, we covered the intermediate positions in order to increase our hip movement in our hyung. These intermediate positions were not explained, however, until my teacher began to train in Okinawan Kempo. I've taken this material and added my own insights on it and I think that I've broken up the kata into a logical fashion that really highlights the applications contained therein.
