There are some strings:

• Auto industry must pay suppliers any arears
• Controls on executive compensation
• No calls for stripping workers' contracts, at least not that I could see

I really don't think they have much choice. As an aside, I don't know how it was justified for a 700 billion dollar bailout for the financial sector, which caused this crisis but not a 17 billion dollar bailout for the auto sector which at least produces a tangible asset.

My apologies Terry.

I was hoping that the energy put into the Auto Industry Debate would also occur on the second half for the Finance Community.

If I create the thread on should the Finance Industry get the second half, it is retaliation from the Auto Industry. But they seem to not be in anyone's concern. With numbers that big we all just sit in shock and do not understand.

This is true Rich I still do not fully understand what has happened and probaly never will.
