Thanks for the quick response. Looks like the Dexter school would be the closest one to me. Have you heard anything about this school and or instructor?

I've heard the name Ray Carrillo but can't recall hearing anything about him.

Whereabouts are you located?

and

Do you have your heart SET on Olympic style TKD?

(If so, why?)

Yes Ray is a great instructor, atleast I am told by others sorry I do not know if they are all Olympic style or not.

Thanks for all of the responses. This is for my son who is 15 yrs old. He is mostly interested in Olympic style. I really dont know why. We live in New Madrid. I have heard that there was a school in Portageville, Peak Performance. Also heard they had a school in Cape Girardeau. They teach olympic and point. Any ideas as to whom the instructor is? Thanks in advance.

Hi Terry
Just curious... where did you get that list?
(Millennium Academy is me by the way! But the address is out of date...)
RRT1- I am afraid it looks like you are a little too south for me to know anyone around there. Where would you be willing to travel?

Yes. The head instructor is DeRay Ivie, a former student of my friend Master Tim Wall.

His cousin, Teddy Ivie, also instructs for Peak Performance. I'm not sure what the teaching schedule is (i.e. who teaches when and where).

I believe he trained with Moreno at a seminar or something, was impressed by Moreno, and when he opened his own school decided to use the name.

I don't think there is any other connection than that.

Is there are relationship with Juan Moreno's Peak Performance (http://www.peakperformanceusa.com/) or just a common name?

Yes alot of school owner have bought into the peak proformance system Master Moreno has put together. It is a great system but it is also a way for him to market his goods. By the way his school is one of those. zThis could be a great thing for some but not for all.

Thanks to all that responded. I really appreciate the input.
