Counterfeiters are turning out flawless copies of numerous national currencies, including newer US $$ that is indistinguishable from authentic. Fools the experts even sometimes.

So, when it comes to faking a 30,40 or 50 year old document, that's childs play for an expert.

I could do it...and I'm not 'that good'. Y'all have seen some of my 'shops'.
Government guys, are much better.

All that said, I believe it's legit.
