New training schedule

So after about 3 or 4 years out I've started training American kenpo again. I'm really enjoying it. It's not as fast paced as kickboxing and there's no way it burns as many calories and gets you as fit but it's still very fun and you learn a lot of different things. Right now I'm training 5 days a week. Monday and Wednesday and Saturday kenpo and Tuesday and Thursday kickboxing and I run on the off days not at huge speed but just a small speed but long distance. I'm not sure if it will be over training but I've been doing it for a couple weeks and I feel good. Ill be missing my Saturday class tomorrow because of the cost each session is £5 and I'm not starting my new job until the 14th so ill give that one a miss and maybe only do 1 session of each next week until I'm earning again the following week but I'm very much enjoying and training the 2 different things keeps it all fresh and adds a nice variety.
