Hello,

My name is Natalie and I have been practicing Tae Kwon Do now for a little over a year. I currently have my blue stripe. I am looking for ways to improve my flexibility and stretching. So far, I am seeing some improvements with the exercises I am doing, but, I was wondering if anyone could recommend anything specific. I'm trying not to invest in a stretching machine. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
